A quick note about how we work

Every pair of VOSHEN heels is hand-finished in our own workshop in China — the same
kind of facility that produces for premium brands you already know. Because we ship
straight from our workshop to your door (no middlemen, no warehouse markup), we’re able
to bring you that level of craftsmanship at a fraction of the usual price.

What that means for your delivery

• Processing: 1–3 business days — we inspect every pair by hand
  before it leaves us.
• Shipping: 7–15 business days to most US addresses.
• Total: roughly 10–18 business days from order to doorstep.

We know that’s a little longer than you might be used to — and we think it’s worth
the wait. Every order ships with free tracking, so you can follow your
package the whole way. You’ll get an email with your tracking number the moment it
leaves our workshop.

What we promise

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we’ll send a
  replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.
• If anything arrives damaged or simply isn’t right, email us and we’ll make it right.
• Questions at any point? Just reply — a real person will get back to you within 24
  hours.
